1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," " "User") and abcd8 ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at abcd8.xyz ("Platform"). 3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password for your abcd8 account. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abcd8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). abcd8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on abcd8 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction within your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. abcd8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the abcd8 account. abcd8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

abcd8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by abcd8 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

abcd8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or promotional reward, and to void any winnings derived therefrom, if abcd8 determines in its reasonable judgment that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice. abcd8 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games offered on the abcd8 Platform that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, statistically fair, and not subject to manipulation by abcd8 or any third party.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, abcd8 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. abcd8 shall not be liable for any losses, including anticipated winnings, arising from a game malfunction. The decision of abcd8 regarding the resolution of any malfunction is final.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

abcd8 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay resulting from a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power outage. Where a game round has been initiated and a disconnection occurs, the game will be resolved according to the rules of the specific game. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.

6.4 Applicable Game Rules

Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abcd8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on abcd8, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.

8. Responsible Gaming

This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on the Content; (c) use any Content for commercial purposes; or (d) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

The abcd8 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of abcd8. You may not use any abcd8 trademark without the prior written consent of abcd8.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abcd8, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the abcd8 Platform, even if abcd8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

abcd8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your abcd8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abcd8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the abcd8 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting abcd8 customer support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact abcd8's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. abcd8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the issue.

Nothing in this clause shall limit abcd8's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of abcd8's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
